On my quest to find awesome graphic design websites I stumbled upon Ciera Design's blog. Ciera is a self employed designer who started a blog to share her adventures from her life as
a designer and everything that inspires her.
On the first page of her blog you see everything wallpaper freebies to "10 Ways to Expand Your Small Business." Of course I'm already following her on Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest. She even has links to her monthly e-newsletter, recommendations to the things she uses day-to-day, and more!
I think it is really important to support other who are in your field and learn and feed off of each other's creativity. Inspiration can come from anywhere and anyone. So check out her blog! Enjoy!
In September of 1988, my parents got married with a couple of their close friends as witnesses at the Justice of the Peace in Maryland. There were no bridesmaid, groomsmen, and no cutting of the cake. So, 25 years later, with the help of some close family friends, my best friend (and photographer), and the ever popular Pinterest, I decided to give them the party they never had.
Take a peak at some of the photos from that amazing day. It was amazing to plan and even more amazing to be a part of the celebration. Happy 25th Mom and Dad.
BIG THANKS to Ashley Marie Photography, and Tanya Pearre--the lovely cake designer.
